We are looking for volunteers to help solicit local businesses for donations for the Eisenhower Tricky Tray Fundraiser. Volunteers will be assigned a specific section of town, with nearby businesses grouped together for convenience.
Volunteers will visit local businesses and speak with a manager, salesperson, or cashier to explain our fundraiser using the information provided in the solicitation packet. During your visits, please be sure to:
Note the name of the person you spoke with
Record the business name for reference and follow-up
Collect any donations offered, if possible, and clearly document what was received
If a follow-up visit is needed, please record the manager’s phone number and note when the donation will be ready for pickup
This is a very important part of making our Tricky Tray a success. Once you sign up, you will receive instructions on where to pick up your packet and where to drop it off. All materials must be returned within a two-week period.
